Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless a future ship date is selected at checkout. Our cookies are baked the same day they are shipped, and our team works diligently to ensure your order is carefully packaged.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. We offer various shipping options to provide flexibility based on your needs.

 

Domesitc Shipping:

We offer FedEx services within the contiguous United States. FedEx Ground usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver to the most Western States (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM) and 4-5 business days to all other states. We also offer expedited services for quicker delivery. For freshness, we strongly encourage expedited services outside the most Western States.

 

Hawaii and Alaska:

Shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska are only available through FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska may take an extra day and are excluded from free shipping offers. 

 

International Shipping & P.O. Boxes:

For perishability concerns, we do not offer international shipping. We also require a physical address, therefore we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package's journey in real-time to stay updated on its delivery status.

 

Substitutions:

Due to on-going supply chain issues, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by FedEx. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate to avoid any potential issues.

 

Delivery Issues:

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. In such event, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Our Guarantee:

    We guarantee your complete satisfaction on every order. Because we do not add artificial preservatives to our cookies, they are best consumed within a few days of delivery or frozen to enjoy later. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us at office@pacificcookie.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order number and a description of the problem. We may replace the product or in some cases process a credit.
