Our cookies are baked at a higher temperature than is normal in a commercial kitchen so that we can achieve a cookie with a crunchy exterior and a moist, chewy interior. This “kitchen” method creates a classic American home-baked cookie. Generously sized at 2oz each, our delicious fresh-baked cookies achieve predictable excellence with every bite.
