Pacific Cookie Company ships all cookie gift orders via Federal Express because of its superior handling of perishable products. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday, and on Saturday to some destinations upon request. **Note: Saturday is a premium delivery day. If Saturday delivery is not available in the area, the package will be delivered the following Monday.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. We do not ship internationally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through FedEx 2-day or FedEx Overnight service. All possible delivery options to Alaska and Hawaii may take one extra day.
FedEx Air Services and FedEx Ground business delivery does not deliver on the following dates due to Holidays and Pacific Cookie Company non-ship days:

However, Pacific Cookie Company cannot take responsibility for delayed deliveries due to acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges from FedEx to the ordering customer resulting from incomplete/incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.
FedEx will deliver the package to the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure or can’t access entry into the building. If this happens, FedEx will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. On the third attempt a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the FedEx depot. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the perishable package will be destroyed. If so instructed, Pacific Cookie Company will re-send the package at the ordering customer’s expense.
Can I ship to Multiple addresses? Yes, but you will need to place an order for each address you would like to ship to. This can be done quickly and easily if you sign up for an account on our website. Your account will retain your billing information, allowing you to benefit from a faster checkout. You can do this with the My Account or Sign In links at the top of the page.
Another option is to e-mail us the information for your multiple address shipment. The e-mail can be sent to Sharon@pacificcookie.com. Please make sure your e-mail includes the following information.
Your name, billing address and daytime phone number The names, addresses and phone numbers of the recipients What item each person should receive (including box and ribbon colors, and cookie varieties) The message you would like enclosed with each item When the items should be shipped, and what shipping option method you would like to use We will contact you to confirm receipt and total of your e-mail order and ask you to provide your credit card number, expiration date, and security code at that time. Substitution Policy To make sure your gift arrives on time we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

At Pacific Cookie Company we guarantee your complete satisfaction on every order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us at office@pacificccookie.com, or call us at 800-969-9709. Include your order number, name, phone number, and a description of the problem. Someone from our Customer Service department will contact you within one business day. We may replace the product, or in some cases process a refund or credit. Because cookies are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us, instead please enjoy.
If you have placed your order before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on a business day it will be shipped the same business day, unless you have requested delivery on or by a specific date. In that case it will be shipped accordingly.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including Holidays and Pacific Cookie Company non-ship days.
