Our Cookies
Our cookies are special because of our decades long commitment to crafting the perfect recipes. With over 40 years of baking, we've dedicated ourselves to refining our techniques and selecting only the finest ingredients. Unlike other bakeries, we focus solely on cookies, allowing us to pour all of our passion and expertise into perfecting every batch.
Our cookies are hand-scooped and baked fresh everyday. They stay fresh at room temperature for about a week and can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Reheat in the microwave or oven for a delightfully fresh cookie!
We offer a variety of flavors that will satisfy your cookie cravings. Our most popular flavors are Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Snickerdoodle and Dr. Midnight.

We do not offer gluten-free cookies, but do offer vegan options in-store and online.
While we strive to accommodate all customers, please note our cookies are made in a facility where shared equipment is used. Trace amounts of allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, milk and soy may be present in any of our cookies.
We specialize in classic, old fashioned cookies that bring back the timeless flavors and nostalgia of homemade baking. While do not make custom cookies, we take pride in crafting each batch with care and attention to detail, ensuring that every bite delivers the comforting taste of tradition.
Retail Bakery
Our retail bakery is located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz. Visit us at 1203 Pacific Ave. Santa Cruz, Ca 95060.
We're open daily! Visit us Sunday to Thursday from 10am-10pm and Friday to Saturday from 10am-Midnight. Please note we are closed New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We pride ourselves on offering a diverse selection of freshly baked cookies everyday. We have a core selection of 16 delicious flavors that are available daily, but we also like to keep things exciting by occasionally introducing limited edition or seasonal flavors. Mail Orders
All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless a future ship date is selected at checkout.
Orders are shipped via FedEx and eligible for delivery across the United States. Due to perishability concerns, we do not ship internationally.
Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Due to high demand on shipping carriers, please allow more time for shipments to be in transit. FedEx is not able to guarantee delivery windows at this time.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us within 7 days of delivery at office@pacificcookie.com. Include your order number, name, phone number and a description of the problem. We may replace the product, or in some cases process a refund or credit. Because our cookies are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.
Please select a ship date that is at least 3-5 days ahead of your preferred delivery date. We are working hard to ensure on-time deliveries, but please note some areas may be impacted by shipping disruptions.

We welcome donation requests from non-profit organizations in Santa Cruz County. You may submit your request to Kym Long, kym@pacificcookie.com, on your organization's official letterhead. Please include a description of your organization & event, and we will reach out to you if we are able to fulfill your request.
